The Making of Bailey
Building the base
Bailey is made in the U.S., starting with the hand-assembled frame. An artisan maps out the form, then glues and nails pieces into place: Once complete, the frame is padded with plush filling and cushioning.
cushioning and upholstering
Your chosen fabric is measured, cut, and sewn to fit Bailey’s frame before heading over to the upholstery station. There, another artisan stretches the fabric over the frame to secure it.
Details, Details
