Pat dry with a clean, lint-free towel. Surface scratches can be rubbed out with a finger or buffed with a soft chamois cloth. Professional leather cleaning specialist needed; do not dry clean. Avoid direct sunlight and sharp objects. Natural leather characteristics include durability, hide markings, grain patterns, wrinkles, and develop a distinctive patina over time.

Building the base
All made-to-order chairs are crafted in the U.S., from start to finish. It begins with a solid frame: The artisan lays out the pieces, gluing and nailing them into place for a secure hold.
Filling and cushioning
Completed chair frames await the upholstery stations, where they’ll be filled and shaped with soft cushioning before being covered in fabric.
Upholstering and finishing details
Your chosen fabric is cut and sewn by hand to fit your chair, then then secured onto the filled frame. An artisan then details it, ensuring that not a seam or thread is out of place.
